YOUR LEARNING AND IMPACT EXPECTATIONS   The Learning and Impact Expectation Sheet should be filled-in by applicants before the training takes place. Its aim is to collect information on applicants’ expectations, what they want to get out of the course and their needs. It also asks them about the expected impacts on their business. This will be re-checked again at the follow-ups to see to what extent the expectations have been met or came true.
