The ability of dairy owners and mangers to be successful is dependent on their ability to effectively manage employees. SDSU Extension has developed the Agricultural Human Resource Management Training modules to expand the skill set of dairy producers, dairy employees and the dairy support industries. These modules will enhance your knowledge of the Hispanic workforce, their culture and best communication practices while teaching about standard operating procedures.

Your participation in the modules is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the modules at any point.

Your responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Tracey Erickson, SDSU Extension Dairy Field Specialist.

Funding for this project was provided by the North Central Risk Management Education Center and the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture. This materials is based upon work supported by USDA , Award #25-6324-0097-411.
