1. Mayor Rob Ford is now past the mid-way point in his first term as mayor of Toronto. This survey is aimed at taking the pulse of how he is doing in his job. You are invited to participate. It will take about four-to-seven minutes of your time.
This is a serious, data-driven analysis. Whether you are a Ford fan or not, please answer the survey thoughtfully. A wide range of respondents is required and sought.
The survey will run through the end of April 2013, after which results will be posted at http://tocouncil.wordpress.com.
