You are invited to participate in a survey that would gather views on “Citizen’s Use Intentions towards Electronic Government-to-Citizen (G2C) Services in Ghana". The findings from this study would potentially have policy implications. In this survey, approximately 1000 Ghanaians will be asked questions about their perceptions towards technology, government agencies and public services delivery channels. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Refers to government services provided by public agencies to citizens.

Online Government-to-Citizen Services
Refers to the provision of public services by government using Information and Communications Technology. Also referred to as electronic government (e-Government) services.
