On behalf of everyone at Music Masters, we want to say a huge thank you for your time and commitment to making your organisation, and the music sector as a whole, more diverse and inclusive.

This short exit survey includes some questions on your experience of using the tool, so that we can understand if and how it has supported your organisation.

Submitting this survey signals to us that you have finished using the tool for now. This allows us to know when to send you a follow-up email to see how you are doing around nine months down the line, and when to anonymise / delete your data from our system.
