You are invited to participate in our Adult Clergy Sexual Abuse Survey to help bring awareness to the prevalence and impact of clergy sexual abuse of adults in churches and Christian organizations.

Due to the sensitive nature of sharing your clergy sexual abuse details, you may experience discomfort or trauma. Please take good care of yourself and step away for a break, if needed.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. We have made the questions optional, so you don't have to answer a particular question if you prefer not to. A name is required, but it doesn't have to be your full name or your real name.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential. We will use your information only to look for and report trends with regard to adult clergy sexual abuse.
