Community Feedback Survey

In an effort to understand how to best serve our community, we are sending out an impact survey and would greatly appreciate your input. This survey is designed to understand the interests of girls and their caregivers in various workshops, leadership programs, and other events offered by our organization. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. When answering, please keep in mind that these questions pertain to females ages 9-17.

Your participation is completely voluntary and there are no foreseeable risks associated with completing the survey. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you are welcome to stop the survey at any point. All survey responses will be strictly confidential, and any information obtained will not be shared outside of our organization.
