Spring 2024 Technology Satisfaction Survey

You are invited to participate in our survey concerning wired and wireless network access, performance, and overall technology satisfaction at Arkansas Tech University. The Office of Information Systems (OIS) will use the results from this survey to assist with the planning and continued development of our support and solutions at ATU. It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Questions related to locations will be used only to assist with evaluating where wireless performance may be weak or strong, what kind of access you expect to have at the location, etc. Our previous surveys regarding wireless at the university have provided invaluable feedback from both students and staff/faculty and resulted in a number of improvements made in areas identified as lacking in access or useability.

Your survey responses will be confidential unless you choose to provide your information for OIS to reach out to you about your feedback.
