Parents and legal guardians of children in Caddo Parish can apply for Christmas assistance. You must be able to prove your status as a parent or legal guardian.

Applications are open from October 15th through November 3rd.

Please read all the instructions as your application may not be accepted if not submitted completely and accurately.

1. Eligible children are those who are 12 years old or younger.
2. We do not provide any electronic, computer, cell phones or technical gear.
3. Please limit your gift requests to items less than $100.
4. If you have more than 5 children, please complete the form a second time.
