Closing Date
Please note the closing date for all eight county carnivals is MONDAY 1st SEPTEMBER 2025.

Late entries made after this date need to be made to the individual committees and will not necessarily be accepted. Please refer back to the website for the conditions of entry and individual carnivals details.

The Judging conditions have been updated and can also be found on the S.C.G.F.C.A. website under Judging.

After pressing the Submit button at the end a screen saying your entry has been recieved will appear. it will then also give you a screen shot by email which will go automatically to the first email on your entry, this is the only confirmation.

Please note any changes to your entry once submitted should be sent to Dave Croker no changes of class or title will be accepted after the 1st October.
