Please complete this survey if you are interested in participating in a support group for care partners of CLL/SLL patients. We would like to identify who would be interested in participating and the best day, time, and frequency for a support group meeting. Support Groups are currently meeting virtually over Zoom. To accommodate participants from across multiple time zones, we will most likely schedule the meeting on a weekend when we are able to launch.
