WAIVER: I am aware of the risks associated riding a motorcycle with other union members on July 17. It is my own choice and free will to participate in this ride, organized by members, to the IAM 751 Strike Sanction Meeting at T-Mobile Park.

By clicking YES, I agree to hold IAM 751 entirely free from liability for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

I acknowledge there is always a risk when riding a motorcycle – especially in a group setting. I certify that my participation is voluntary and I am aware there are risks. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that may increase my likelihood of injury.

I will make every effort to follow all safety rules and will ask for clarification if needed
