Proposed Overnight Parking Pilot Program Survey

The Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) is exploring a pilot program that would allow residents to park vehicles overnight at select, lighted MVF recreation and park facilities.
The proposed program would provide overnight parking from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. for a fee of $3.80 per night, per vehicle, including ParkMobile's service fee. Residents would be able to pay only for the nights they use the service.
The initial proposal includes five locations throughout Montgomery Village. The proposed MVF portion of the fee would help offset expenses associated with signage, enforcement, insurance, and snow removal.
MVF is seeking your feedback to better understand residents' overnight parking needs, preferred locations, willingness to pay the proposed fee, and any concerns or suggestions.
Your input will help MVF evaluate the proposal and determine whether to move forward with the pilot program. The survey results will be shared with the appropriate committee and the MVF Board of Directors before a final decision is made.
Please note: This is a proposed pilot program. No final decision to implement the program has been made. The survey closes on Wednesday, January 6, 2027.
