11/17/2019 [0 to 1 ] None of this screen time would be possible at all if I didn't wear scleral lenses and goggles on top of that most of the time. Without them, I can look at a screen for less than 5 minutes before using artificial tears and even then a cascade of irritation and pain begins that doesn't end until I get a good night's sleep to try again the next day.
